Joan Sheppard graduated from Michigan State University. She joined Duckett-Wilson in 1993, bringing over 20 years of real estate and property management expertise along with a California Real Estate license. Her hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction and development has provided her with a well rounded background in property management, collections, and marketing. She was previously associated with various commercial and residential developers supervising sales, development, and property management.

Her group advertising, events, marketing programs for shopping centers, and quarterly newsletters are guiding centers to becoming integral parts of their communities. In conjunction with local police departments, she has organized Business Watch safety programs.
