Mr. Wilson is a graduate of UCLA and began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker & Company. He was associated with that firm for ten years, initially in the mortgage loan department and later in commercial sales. Since 1964 he has engaged in the development of neighborhood shopping centers in concert with Mr. A. C. Duckett that feature a major supermarket as the anchor tenant. Mr. Wilson is Chairman of Duckett-Wilson Development Company and is a partner in Duckett-Wilson Investment Company, Duckett-Wilson Management Company, and Fish Market Restaurants. Mr. Wilson served on the UCLA Foundation Board of Directors and chaired Campaign UCLA, a successful $3 billion capital fundraising endeavor. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Colonial Williamsburg and also serves as a member of its National Council.

A. C. (Fred) Duckett, Jr.
Partner 1926-2006
Mr. Duckett attended Claremont Men's College and, following a brief career in the insurance business, associated with Coldwell Banker & Company. In the early 1950s, his work with that company began in property management and proceeded to commercial sales. During the latter years of this association, he was Coldwell Banker's Number 1 salesman. He teamed up with Mr. Wilson in September 1964, and together they founded Duckett-Wilson Development Company. Mr. Duckett passed away in April 2006.

Thomas Wilson became President of Duckett-Wilson in January 2007 after serving for 16 years as its Director of Property Management. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1981 with a B.A. degree in Construction Management. Prior to Joining Duckett-Wilson in 1991, he was a Real Estate Broker specializing in the sale and leasing of Southern California retail properties, first for the Charles Dunn Company and later with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.

Peter Nicholas is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business. Following matriculation from the University of California, Mr. Nicholas was associated with Wells Fargo Bank as an International Lending Officer and Citicorp Industrial Credit as an Assistant Vice President and Marketing Team Leader for the Western United States. Following his banking career, Mr. Nicholas has an excess of 28 years of experience in the real estate industry encompassing acquisition of income property, asset management, financing, joint venture structuring, leasing, and construction management. Mr. Nicholas was President of Duckett-Wilson from June 1987 until December 2006.

Troy Bemis graduated from the University of Southern California in 1986 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real property development and management. After graduation, Mr. Bemis served as Property Manager for Duckett-Wilson for two years and was promoted to New Development Project Manager, a job which included the administration of all new shopping center construction and coordination of new center leasing. In January 1997, Mr. Bemis entered into a joint venture partnership with Duckett-Wilson exclusively for the purpose of developing and leasing commercial retail properties. He is also currently a partner in numerous existing Duckett-Wilson shopping center developments.

David Lam graduated from UCLA in October 2001 with a B.A. degree in Economics. Prior to joining Duckett-Wilson as a Property Manager after graduation, he was associated with both commercial and residential real estate. David was promoted to Director of Leasing in 2009.

Adam Chin graduated from Roger Williams University in 2006 with a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining Duckett Wilson as a Property Manager, Adam was affiliated with an Enterprise Security Software Consulting Firm dealing with the U.S. Government and Fortune 500 Organizations. In addition to growing in the property management field, Adam continues to educate himself in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Tatiana Arellano-Kidd joined Duckett-Wilson Development Company in 2011. She obtained her Bachelor's degree at California State University, Northridge in 2013. Prior to joining Duckett-Wilson, she worked for a real estate investment firm where she was associated with various residential developers. Tatiana has brought her knowledge of real estate and risk analysis, along with a Real Estate license.
